1. Processing time
Most items are made to order. Ready-made or personalized gifts typically ship in about one week; larger custom commissions have a timeline agreed upon in your quote. If you’re working toward a specific date (e.g., a closing or event), reach out before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
2. Shipping methods and costs
Items are shipped from the Santa Cruz Mountains, California, via standard carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Shipping cost is calculated based on package size, weight, and destination. Free shipping does not always apply to custom work — any shipping cost for a commissioned piece will be disclosed upfront in your quote.
3. Local pickup
Local pickup in the Santa Cruz Mountains area may be available for larger pieces — ask about this option when discussing your order.
4. Damaged or lost shipments
Every piece is packaged carefully to survive transit, but if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hinncraftedcreations@gmail.com with photos of any damage so we can make it right.
5. International shipping
International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis — please reach out before ordering to confirm cost and timeline.
