These terms govern your use of hinncrafted.com and any purchase, quote, deposit, or commission arranged with Hinncrafted Creations. By placing an order or submitting a custom-work inquiry, you agree to these terms.
2. Custom and made-to-order work
Many items are handmade to order. Handmade wood pieces may have small natural variations in grain, color, and finish — this is expected and not a defect. Quoted timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may shift based on order volume and material availability.
3. Quotes, deposits, and payment
For custom commissions, a written quote will be provided before work begins. Some projects require a non-refundable deposit to reserve production time; the remaining balance is due before shipping or pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
4. Personalization accuracy
For engraved or personalized items, you are responsible for the accuracy of names, dates, and other details provided at checkout or in your order communication. Please double-check spelling and details before submitting — see our Return & Refund Policy for how personalization errors are handled.
5. Intellectual property
Photos, descriptions, and designs on this site belong to Hinncrafted Creations and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
Hinncrafted Creations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
